• Fees once paid for any course will not be refunded.
• The application fee is non-refundable even if the application is rejected for any reason.
• The transaction once done cannot be cancelled.
• Once payment is made for a particular service, there will be no refund.
• Refunds are applicable only in case of duplicate payments.
• Duplicate payments will be automatically refunded within 4–5 working days.
• If an amount is deducted but does not reach the institution, it will be refunded by the payment gateway provider once informed.
• Debit/credit card payments may involve additional transaction charges, which are displayed at the time of payment and confirmed before proceeding.
